Algae, bacteria, and sediment are easy to develop in your water tank when you ignore regular cleaning. Over time, it worsens, and you may only notice when the water quality declines and becomes unhygienic. Regular maintenance helps identify and remove these problems before they become more difficult to manage.
So, if you sign up with One Roof Water Tank Cleaning for annual water tank maintenance, you don’t have to keep reminders. This will be our job.
We offer 3 types of plans for water Tank Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). However, it depends on the size and usage of the tank:
This plan has 2 cleanings a year along with visual inspections as needed.
It covers quarterly cleaning scheduling, water quality testing & minor repairs.
Monthly inspections and quarterly cleaning with full coverage on any repairs. You can also receive priority emergency support.
Each plan has a fixed price with no hidden charges or surprises.
Every plan begins with a water tank inspection and cleaning. Inspection includes:
Tank structure, lid seal, inlet and outlet pipes, and water clarity.
Before we clean anything, the team looks for cracks, rust, or any sign of leakage. We then record inspection reports, so you understand the condition of your tank over all the time.
Cleaning frequency depends on the plan and how the tank is used. In low-dust areas, residential tanks often run on the Basic Plan schedule of twice a year. Scheduled tank cleaning is usually required every three months for tanks near construction sites, industrial tanks, or anything supplying drinking water to remain within safety limits.
If you choose an annual contract, you won’t have to set reminders for cleaning or book again based on when you last booked one. All is managed by us, account by account: We schedule it, we show up, we remind you before each appointment.
Contracts also lock you into the year’s pricing – in case rates go up mid-year, you don’t have to pay the raised amount.
Preventive tank maintenance is less expensive than cleaning a contaminated tank after the fact. Regular cleaning reduces algae growth, removes sediment before it clogs your pipes, and spots structural problems while they are still inexpensive to fix. It also helps keep your water within health department guidelines without you having to worry about it.
Helps maintain better water quality in your taps year-round.
Reduces the chances of bad smell, discoloration, and changes in water taste.
Keeps tanks in better condition for longer periods.
Provides greater peace of mind by keeping maintenance scheduled and organized.

Most home tanks should be cleaned about twice a year. However, if your tank is often exposed to dust, construction runoff, or sees heavy use, it’s a good idea to give it a thorough cleaning every three months.
